As Clinical Practice Educator, you will support clinical excellence through education, career development, and accessible guidance. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide visible clinical support for staff in clinical areas
- Develop and evaluate formal and informal educational programs
- Create learning plans for direct care nursing staff




- Coordinate clinical education and progressive practice activities
- Support person and family-centered care principles

Requirements:

- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
- Hold current BCCNM practicing registration
- Bring three years recent related nursing experience
- Have two years formal teaching or mentoring experience
- Hold a valid BC Driver’s License as required
