You'll assess existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve service delivery. You'll coach employees and leaders on Lean principles, continuous improvement tools, and process improvement methodologies. You'll collaborate with business users, IT professionals, and senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and support implementation. You'll establish performance measures, track improvement outcomes,



and evaluate their impact on organizational goals. 10+ years of experience implementing Lean methodologies and leading process improvement initiatives within complex organizations. Demonstrated experience facilitating Kaizen events and delivering measurable, sustainable process improvements. Strong experience coaching teams and leaders on Lean principles, tools, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and process documentation. Exceptional facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
