The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Estimator / Sales professional to join its team. Reporting to senior leadership, this individual will play an integral role in managing incoming sales opportunities, preparing accurate project estimates and proposals, developing client relationships, and converting leads into successful projects. This position is well suited to someone who combines strong estimating capabilities with a customer-focused sales approach. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing the sales process from initial inquiry through contract execution, while working collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, trades, and external consultants. Prepare, develop, and present detailed estimates, quotations, and proposals for residential construction projects. Assess project scope, labour requirements, material costs, timelines, and other factors necessary to develop accurate and competitive pricing. Conduct on-site client meetings and review drawings, blueprints, specifications, and related construction documents to establish project requirements. Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle, tracking opportunities and monitoring sales performance. Coordinate contract documentation and approvals, ensuring a smooth handover of secured projects to project management and administrative teams. Prepare and coordinate permit applications with applicable municipal authorities. Estimate and price additional work, changes, and project requirements as they arise. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients, suppliers,



subcontractors, trades, and external consultants. Contribute to short
- and long-term sales planning and the achievement of departmental objectives. Support the development and improvement of estimating processes, systems, and procedures, including maintaining and updating cost databases. Keep current with industry practices, construction methods, materials, and estimating techniques through ongoing professional development. Demonstrated experience preparing estimates and proposals for projects valued up to $2 million. Experience in swimming pool construction, landscaping, or related residential construction is considered a strong asset. Ability to interpret construction drawings, blueprints, plans, specifications, and other technical documentation. Strong mathematical skills, including dimensional analysis, measurements, and unit conversions. Familiarity with municipal permitting processes and requirements. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Procore, or other drafting, project management, and estimating software is an asset. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Drafting or computer-aided drawing experience is an advantage. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. You will bring a combination of technical estimating expertise, organizational ability, and a proactive approach to client service.
