Experienced Cleaner needed to maintain clean, sanitized communities through detailed work, garbage pickup, and common-area cleaning. Boardwalk operates across several Canadian provinces. This Cleaner role supports Boardwalk rental apartments and townhouses across its communities. You will clean shared spaces, vacant suites, and building exteriors while supporting Resident Member comfort and safety. The position requires independent work, teamwork, time management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Clean entrances, elevators, offices, halls, and stairwells Maintain laundry, garbage, amenity, and other common areas Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups Collect interior and exterior garbage Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting

Requirements:
Two years of cleaning experience required Working knowledge of spoken and written English Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift eight hours Ability to maneuver up to 90 kilograms with equipment Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Bring residential cleaning experience, careful maintenance, and customer service to Boardwalk communities while supporting Resident Member safety.
