In this role, you'll be a trusted financial partner to senior leadership, providing forward-looking advice, leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), and overseeing finance service delivery. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, financial systems enhancements, and change management. 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including financial management, FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic advisory. CPA designation and a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated experience partnering with senior executives and translating complex financial information into actionable recommendations. Proven leadership experience managing finance professionals, teams, or interconnected financial workstreams. Advanced Excel, financial modelling, enterprise financial systems and reporting capabilities. Strong relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and change management skills. Experience in complex, publicly funded, or highly regulated environments is an asset.
