Key Responsibilities:
Oversee opening, closing, cleanliness, restocking, and merchandising
Supervise team members during store operations
Greet, acknowledge, and re-approach every customer
Process purchases at the register
Support the Store Manager with company standards
Requirements:
Minimum one year of retail experience
High school diploma considered an asset
Excellent selling and customer service abilities
Solid communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Ability to delegate and lead positively
Use visual merchandising, customer service, and team leadership skills to support Ardene store operations as a Third Key Holder.
