As Construction/Renovation Estimator, you will support the Senior Estimator within Sky Group of Companies. Your work covers multi-residential and commercial construction and restoration projects. The position combines supplier pricing, budget preparation, regulatory alignment, and communication with project stakeholders to support client-focused delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop estimates with labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs
Review blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Assess sites, confirm measurements, and collect project data
Prepare budgets aligned with project financial goals
Communicate changes with clients, architects, and engineers
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a construction estimator
Multi-residential or commercial project experience preferred
Robust knowledge of construction materials and processes
Meticulous accuracy and analytical problem-solving capability
Ability to manage priorities and meet strict deadlines
