Oversee accurate, timely information across group companies worldwide. Reporting to the Managing Director, Subsidiary and Sustainability Reporting, you will lead group company financial reporting, legal entity management, subsidiary audits, and corporate accounting. The director will strengthen governance, regulatory compliance, financial integrity, and operational risk management while supporting scalable investment activities. Key Responsibilities:
