Set up CNC turning centres with live tooling on Ben Machine Products’ day shift in Canadian defence and aerospace manufacturing. Apply Fanuc or Haas experience daily.
As a CNC Lathe Hand, you will operate turning centres, adjust machining parameters, and prepare precision parts. The work includes program changes, cutting-tool setup, part measurement, and blueprint interpretation. Ben Machine Products supports defence and aerospace customers across two facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC turning centres with live tooling
Load, unload, change, and modify programs as required
Change, set, modify, and grind cutting tools
Adjust feeds and speeds for maximum efficiency
Measure, inspect, deburr, and prepare machined parts
Requirements:
Five or more years of experience required
Fanuc or Haas experience is required
Training or education in CNC turning is an asset
Mastercam familiarity is preferred
Previous aerospace or jobbing shop experience is preferred
Bring CNC turning, live tooling, inspection, and Fanuc or Haas experience to Ben Machine Products’ precision manufacturing team.
