As a Sales Associate, you become the first face of Carter’s for parents and grandparents. You will explain product styles, features, and advantages while supporting omnichannel shopping. The role also includes register transactions, replenishment, promotions, and customer issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide product assistance
Resolve customer issues proactively in busy retail settings
Support omnichannel shopping and positive customer experiences
Execute and expedite point-of-sale transactions
Replenish merchandise and process shipments as needed
