This part time, fixed-term position supports customers and store teams across daily retail activities. You will tell product stories, maintain merchandise, and create a warm, welcoming setting. The role requires flexibility, learning across store functions, and active participation in health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Create welcoming customer experiences throughout the store
Leverage products to tell engaging stories
Conduct inventory counts and manage product returns
Receive incoming merchandise and replenish stock
Promote health and safety for customers and colleagues
Requirements:
Retail experience preferred, but not required
Flexibility to learn and support all store aspects
Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer experiences
Ability to lift medium to large items safely
Versatile availability including overnights and early mornings
Use retail adaptability, merchandising awareness, and authentic storytelling to help Indigo customers discover products and experience everyday joy.
