As a Stocking 1 Team Associate, you will review workload, stock picks and recent merchandise, and support the Customer Availability Process. The work includes maintaining modular integrity, addressing shelf capacity errors, and preparing the backroom for unloading. You will work with a team to plan and execute duties according to workload and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers politely and provide friendly assistance
Locate merchandise, promote products, and support purchase decisions
Review workload for assigned store areas
