Keep up to 20 weaving looms running in Truro Industrial Park through hands-on fabric inspection and tape-break repairs. This active position requires frequent walking.
As a Weaver, you will support high-quality fabric production in a rapid-paced production area. No weaving experience is needed, making this position entry-level friendly. You will replace tape packages, identify fabric defects, maintain housekeeping, and support team tasks while working around machines.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair weft and warp tape breaks
Replace empty tape packages neatly
Inspect fabric and correct defects
Dust looms and sweep floors
Support tasks throughout production areas
Requirements:
No previous weaving experience required
Energetic, self-motivated, and ready to learn
Solid problem-solving and multitasking skills
Comfort working around machines
Previous rapid-paced experience is an asset
Build weaving experience while maintaining looms, inspecting fabric, solving production issues, and staying active throughout each shift.
