As Senior Education Strategist, you will advance education across Group Advantages and Retirement Solutions. You will partner with Sales, Service, Marketing, Implementation, and other stakeholders. Your work will connect member needs, client objectives, and business priorities through scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop proactive education and member engagement strategies
Lead strategic projects from design through continuous improvement
Partner with stakeholders on complex opportunities and initiatives
Use data, feedback, and trends to recommend improvements




Train Educators through expertise, tools, and best practices

Requirements:
University degree or equivalent relevant qualified experience
At least five years of relevant industry experience
Strategy development and complex project leadership experience
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Required LLQP qualification or completion within one year
