Role Description The Salesperson is a full-time, in office role based at Lloydminster Honda in Lloydminster, AB. This role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through vehicle selection, test drives, and purchase decisions. The Salesperson will present product features and benefits, explain pricing and financing options, and prepare accurate sales documentation. Daily responsibilities include following up with leads, maintaining contact with prospective and existing customers, updating CRM records, and collaborating with the finance and service teams to ensure a positive customer experience.



The role also includes staying current on Honda product knowledge, market trends, and dealership promotions, while consistently meeting individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen actively and communicate clearly.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience handling objections, closing deals, and working toward sales targets or quotas.
Solid organizational and time-management skills to manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
Comfort with basic technology and digital tools, such as CRM systems, email, and online product information.
Willingness to learn automotive product knowledge, financing options, and dealership processes.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability in interactions with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in office full time, including evenings and weekends as required by dealership hours.
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or automotive sales is an asset but not mandatory.
Valid driver’s license with a protected driving record.
