Ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll across 14 states
Support payroll activities for Vecima’s Canadian entity
Verify 401k contributions for approximately 140 employees
Prepare periodic reports with proper supporting documentation
Handle audits, accruals, and payroll tax compliance projects
Requirements:
Minimum three years of relevant payroll experience
Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now HRIS, Payroll, and Timekeeping
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Organized approach with close attention to detail
Ability to communicate across varying disciplines and backgrounds
Bring payroll expertise, Excel strength, and careful compliance work to Vecima’s US and Canadian payroll operations.
