Lead Agile transformation for Scotiabank’s Global Payments Engineering in Toronto, applying coaching and delivery metrics to strengthen engineering outcomes.
The Engineering Lead elevates delivery capability through agility, continuous improvement, and human-centered collaboration. You will partner with engineering teams, product leaders, and engineering leads across Core Banking Engineering. The work supports Agile adoption, product engagement, measurable outcomes, and strategic business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile practitioners
Advise leaders on Agile teams and organizational impediments
Introduce and refine cycle time and throughput metrics
Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and mindset
Support delivery strategy design across departments or portfolios
Requirements:
Experience in Agile engineering or product settings
Experience coaching multiple teams as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead
Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, and scaling approaches
Robust facilitation, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
