As a Full time Concierge, you will help exceed guest expectations across the InterContinental Toronto Centre. Your work includes arranging reservations, tickets, transportation, tours, and assistance with florists, couriers, mail, and business machines. You will also support VIP arrivals and group meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and provide comprehensive information for guest requests
Arrange reservations, tickets, transportation, tours, and local activities
Assist guests with florists, couriers, mail, and business machines
Prepare for in-house group meetings and VIP arrivals
Coordinate with departments to promote quality service
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent education
One year concierge or related discipline experience
Fluent English communication skills
Solid reading and writing abilities for departmental records
Availability for nights, weekends, or holidays
