This mid-level Corporate Securities Lawyer will advise cutting-edge technology businesses and other high-growth industries. The practice also serves mining and resource clients across evolving regulatory landscapes. Your work will combine commercial agreements, public offerings, private placements, corporate governance, and practical client guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide commercial legal support to gaming and technology clients
Support founder-related matters and corporate finance transactions
Advise on regulatory requirements and compliance considerations




Liaise with securities regulators and stock exchanges
Contribute to client development and strategic initiatives

Requirements:
Four to eight years in securities and corporate finance law
Public M&A; experience with transaction leadership
Experience with direct listings, RTOs, CPCs, and financings
TSX-V and CSE transaction familiarity
Team-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and networking willingness
