This Assistant Manager role delivers day-to-day administration and servicing for retail and commercial deposits and payments. You will follow policies, procedures, and service level agreements while processing transactions, supporting lockbox and remote deposit processes, and monitoring accounts. The position also contributes to stakeholder collaboration and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance on business and group solution implementation
Process deposits, payments, transactions, and service requests accurately
Monitor performance and address operational issues




Communicate with business partners and external customers
Maintain operational integrity through regulatory awareness and risk decisions

Requirements:
Three to five years of relevant experience
Related post-secondary degree or equivalent combination
In-depth knowledge of business products, processes, and controls
In-depth understanding of risk and regulatory requirements
Solid prioritization and multitasking abilities
