This Project Administrator supports project delivery across building and facilities work. Relevant settings include healthcare, education, and commercial mixed-use projects with varying scope and complexity. You will help teams manage documentation, stakeholder communications, project controls, and administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Track action items, decisions, deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups
Coordinate communications among consultants, contractors, clients, and stakeholders
Maintain contact lists, distribution lists, databases, and project records
Assist procurement and contract administration activities as required




Improve administrative processes, templates, and project workflows

Requirements:
Two or more years of project administration or related experience
Construction, consulting, or project delivery experience is an asset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
Solid written, verbal, interpersonal, and client-service skills
Project management or document management systems experience is an asset
