The Empower LOS UAT Testing Lead will direct all User Acceptance Testing efforts, ensuring that the platform fulfills technical and business needs. With a robust foundation in financial services, especially in Agile settings, you will develop and execute a thorough UAT plan. This role involves meticulous oversight of testing processes, defect management, and stakeholder communications to safeguard quality prior to production. Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage the UAT strategy across loan products
Define UAT entry/exit criteria and resources
Review and create detailed UAT test scenarios
Coordinate test data preparation for UAT
Oversee defect management and resolution tracking

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in Software Quality Assurance
At least 3 years as a UAT Manager or Tester
Experience with Empower LOS is highly preferred
Proficient in defect management tools like JIRA
Familiarity with regulatory compliance testing
