This contractor role seeks experienced Senior Software Engineers supporting an AI training project. You will create reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions using Model Context Protocol tools. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Create reinforcement learning environments for software engineering tasks
Design bug fixing, feature development, and refactoring tasks
Build deterministic verification systems and golden reference solutions
Evaluate AI agents using complex codebases and MCP tools
Document solutions and provide transparent technical feedback
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Java or listed programming languages
Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
Experience debugging complex software issues
Experience implementing features and refactoring codebases
Knowledge of performance optimization and tuning
Apply senior Java engineering skills to assessment settings, deterministic verification, debugging, and AI agent evaluation.
