As a Customer Experience Associate at TD, you will understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. The position also involves resolving concerns, promoting solutions, and completing business processes accurately and promptly.

Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset
Administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Accurate, detail-oriented communication and customer experience skills
Bring accurate transaction processing, customer communication, and banking solution knowledge to TD’s customer experience team.
