Key Responsibilities:
Observe patients and record significant conditions or reactions
Notify physicians or supervisors about patient changes
Manage care according to the patient care plan
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Monitor and document intervention effectiveness

Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse state license
Current CPR card
Driver’s license and auto insurance card
Social Security card
Required TB testing documentation

Use nursing communication, treatment administration, and care planning skills while supporting one Sleepy Hollow patient throughout each shift.
