As Senior Director of Publisher Sales, you will establish publisher relationships and create opportunities for Freestar’s product offerings. The role reports to the Executive Vice President, Growth & Publisher Development. You will use CRM data, market intelligence, and product expertise to identify revenue prospects, guide Product insights, and support complex deals.

Prospect and close high-impact publisher accounts strategically
Forecast growth using CRM data and market intelligence
Translate market needs into actionable Product insights




Coordinate complex deals requiring custom technical configurations
Maintain relationships with industry decision-makers

Requirements:
Consistent track record in Publisher Sales
Seven-plus years of AdTech experience and understanding
Extensive publisher contact list
Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
Customer-focused relationship management and creative problem solving
