Bring ten years of related experience to Stantec’s Calgary-based Site Investigation and Remediation team, with travel and field work required.

This midlevel management position serves as the primary SIR contact for the Business Centre leadership team. You will supervise Team Leads, align goals with strategic objectives, and support technical initiatives, proposals, and complex project work.

Technical responsibilities comprise half of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish team goals aligned with Business Centre objectives
Support complex site investigation and remediation work
Collaborate on technical initiatives and current service lines
Coordinate professional development and business development prospects




Provide constructive feedback and performance management input

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of related environmental experience
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant environmental discipline
Skilled designation recognized in listed Prairie or territorial jurisdictions
Ability to lead diverse individuals collaboratively
Capacity to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds

Use technical judgment, communication, and leadership to manage SIR delivery, development, and performance across Stantec’s Calgary operations.
