Position: Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50 - $100/hour

Location: Remote - U.S. or Canada only

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Work through realistic revenue operations scenarios with clear explanations

Resolve conflicts between operational policies while justifying your decisions

Design workflows that address compliance constraints effectively

Diagnose revenue data issues and explain root cause prevention

Identify ambiguous scenarios and flag them for resolution

Manage CRM data models, process design, and configuration tradeoffs

Collaborate closely with various teams to support revenue operations

Requirements

Strong years of hands-on experience in SaaS revenue operations

Direct CRM ownership experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

Knowledge of billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project tracking tools

Robust ability to explain reasoning to both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience resolving policy conflicts in revenue-related operations

Insight into compliance requirements and operational design

Excellent problem-solving skills related to revenue data integrity
