Key Responsibilities: Lead Canadian technical and engineering operations
Oversee project planning, execution, delivery, and quality
Manage monitoring, instrumentation, and engineering assignments
Coordinate teams, subcontractors, suppliers,



and technical partners
Report project performance to executive management
Requirements: Engineering degree in a related discipline
Significant project management or technical leadership experience
Knowledge of structural health monitoring or instrumentation
Experience managing teams, projects, and client relationships
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
