The CEO will also build trusted relationships with government, healthcare partners, clinicians, employees, donors, and communities, while fostering a strong organizational culture and developing effective leaders.

Candidates should bring a record of senior leadership in healthcare or a similarly complex setting, combining operational discipline with strategic foresight. Essential capabilities include financial and operational management, political acuity, change leadership, and the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate authenticity, empathy, sound judgment, and the resolve to make difficult decisions while sustaining trust and collaboration. They should also be able to guide organizational transformation, advance innovation and integrated care, and represent the organization effectively across the health system.
