As Associate Vice President and Head of Agentic Software Development at TD, you will define the multi-year vision, target state, and roadmap. You will translate enterprise strategy into funded plans, delivery commitments, and durable operating capabilities. The mandate spans AI engineering, quality engineering, test data management, design tooling, and enterprise investment.

Requirements: University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
Experience leading enterprise technology capabilities and multidisciplinary organizations
Expertise in AI-enabled software development and engineering governance
Knowledge of data, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
Experience with investment planning, vendors, and perks realization
