As Head of Marketing Operations, you will lead marketing operations, automation, analytics, and data operations. You will manage the team, hire where needed, and own martech systems including Marketo, Looker, GA4, 6sense, and Salesforce campaign and lead functions. Your work supports pipeline planning, executive reporting, and marketing investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage marketing operations, automation, analytics, and data operations staff
Own attribution methodology and present pipeline contribution quarterly
Administer Marketo, Looker, GA4, 6sense, and Salesforce
Build governed dashboards, routing, lifecycle,



scoring, and reporting
Own martech budget and marketing pipeline and capacity models
Requirements: 10+ years in B2B or enterprise marketing operations or analytics
Experience managing teams, hiring, priorities, and martech budgets
Hands-on Marketo and Salesforce configuration experience
Multi-touch attribution ownership and executive-level communication experience
SQL, governed BI, account-based data, and regulated buying experience
