This Senior Process Engineer contributes to complex industrial projects from a Shellex office in Quebec or Toronto. You will apply process engineering, material and energy balances, PFDs, P&IDs;, and equipment specification. The role supports decarbonization, energy efficiency, and industrial transformation projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize industrial processes
Develop material and energy balances, PFDs, and P&IDs;
Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, and PHA assessments
Select and specify critical process equipment




Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and partners
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of industrial process experience
Positive-standing membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
Consulting engineering experience in regulated environments
Fluency in French and functional English proficiency
