Drive third-party administrator governance and pension operations at TD in Toronto, with accountability for service oversight and client outcomes.
This Senior Manager leads vendor performance across Pension Risk Transfer administration, data management, pension calculations, payroll, and servicing. You will create governance routines, negotiate service expectations, and manage issues affecting clients and pensioners. The role also requires practical collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Own daily oversight of administrators and external service providers
Define service levels, vendor scorecards, escalation processes, and reporting
Support contract language, administrative requirements, and change control
Maintain compliance with regulatory, privacy, audit,



and recordkeeping expectations
Identify operational improvements using AI and technology
Requirements: Seven or more years in pension, group annuities, or retirement operations
Solid vendor governance, SLA, issue management, and oversight experience
Experience supporting contract negotiation and operational due diligence
Understanding of defined benefit pension member life cycles
Ability to build processes through ambiguity in new environments
Use vendor governance, contract expertise, and pension operations knowledge to strengthen TD’s PRT client and annuitant experience.
