As Manager, Communications, you will oversee internal and external communications, marketing, digital strategy, and public relations. Reporting to the Chief People and Corporate Services Officer, you will translate business priorities into measurable strategies. Your scope includes CDN and support for CAVIS Energy, CDN’s United States counterpart.
Key Responsibilities: Lead employees, contractors, budgets, resources, and departmental priorities
Develop integrated communications and marketing strategies aligned with objectives
Evaluate performance and demonstrate communications business value
Direct digital marketing, advertising, SEO, websites,



and social media
Manage brand consistency, reputation, media relations, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements: Experience in communications, marketing, brand management, public relations, writing, and editing
Experience leading and developing teams through coaching and performance management
Strategic thinking and business acumen with measurable planning ability
Ability to manage projects, priorities, resources, budgets, and deadlines
Typically ten or more years of related experience
Bring strategic communications, marketing leadership, and brand expertise to CDN’s interim corporate communications mandate.
