Key Responsibilities: Oversee manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, and distribution operations
Lead supervisors and operational teams through organizational change
Monitor production output, throughput, efficiency, scheduling, and service levels




Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage budgets, capital expenditures, and departmental spending
Requirements: Eight to ten or more years of progressive manufacturing leadership preferred
Experience in custom batch building

Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing and KPI management experience
