Lead AroIQ product execution from Calgary, hybrid or remote, using data accuracy and technical judgment to guide every release.
As Arolytics’ first dedicated product hire, you will own roadmap execution for software serving North American energy companies. You will translate direction into specifications, acceptance criteria, and release decisions. Your work spans SCADA data, emissions events, volumes, costs, and customer onboarding. You will work with engineering, data science, data engineering, emissions analysts, and customers.
Key Responsibilities: Sequence, scope, and cut the roadmap backlog with engineering
Write specifications and acceptance criteria using real data examples
Run user acceptance testing and decide what ships
Own data contracts across customer, platform, and product boundaries




Accept customer data onboarding after reconciliation and completeness checks
Requirements: Typically four or more years in enterprise SaaS product or data roles
Technical awareness of data flows, contracts, grains, and reconciliation
Oil and gas, emissions, or industrial operations domain experience
Robust acceptance criteria writing that avoids engineering rework
Fluency with Claude or similar AI-assisted product work
Bring technical product management, data contracts, and acceptance judgment to AroIQ’s emissions and operations platform.
