You will solve non-standard engineering challenges, shape design standards, and support a Centre of Excellence focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. The work combines technical depth with practical engineering judgement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design for complex structural projects
Develop productive, elegant, and buildable structural solutions
Review high-risk designs and provide specialist guidance




Support teams with alternative engineering approaches
Improve technical processes through lessons learned
Requirements: Chartered Engineer status: CEng MIStructE or CEng MICE
Significant consultancy experience in structural design
Deep understanding of structural behaviour
Experience solving complex, non-standard engineering problems
Excellent communication and commercial awareness
