As a Senior Partner Solutions Manager, you own technical strategy for hyperscalers, AI labs, AI-native companies, and DevSecOps vendors. You connect partner needs with GitLab product opportunities, coordinate with Research and Development, and move work from architecture review through shipped integration. The role emphasizes technical partnership development rather than customer adoption or sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities: Own technical strategy for assigned strategic partners
Translate partner roadmaps into integrations and product opportunities
Evaluate AI models and agents with Research and Development
Facilitate workshops,
architecture reviews, and FinOps sessions
Build business cases and influence product roadmaps
Requirements: Senior solutions architecture or partner engineering experience
Deep software lifecycle, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and GitLab knowledge
Cloud architecture experience with Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
Working knowledge of LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and MCP
Transparent communication with engineers and executives
