As an early Strategic Finance and Corporate Development Associate, you will support high-visibility workstreams for Waabi, a Physical AI leader. Your work will span financial modeling, long-range planning, business cases, deal execution, and investor communications. You will help establish foundational FP&A; frameworks as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives
Support long-range planning linking research milestones with growth objectives
Develop business cases for partnerships and growth opportunities
Contribute to deal modeling,
structuring, and due diligence
Prepare board materials and investor communications
Requirements: Three to five years in banking, equity, or strategic finance
Advanced financial modeling skills emphasizing accuracy and scalability
Ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight
