Lead measurement strategy and analytics for Flywheel’s digital commerce clients, using statistical modeling and reporting solutions. Work with cross-functional teams on client engagements.
As Director, Measurement & Analytics, you will support Flywheel’s Commerce Intelligence team and report to the Senior Director. You will transform campaign data into actionable business strategies for internal and external stakeholders. The position combines hands-on analytics leadership, client management, and development of strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead client projects and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Develop measurement strategies, analytical frameworks, and reporting solutions
Apply statistical modeling, testing frameworks, and strategic analysis
Advise stakeholders across media, merchandising, pricing,



and promotions
Lead analytics teams and mentor broader team members
Requirements: Five to seven years in direct-to-consumer or ecommerce analytics
Experience with hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and experimental design
Dashboarding experience using Tableau, PowerBI, DOMO, or Google Data Studio
Understanding of digital advertising, ad servers, and creative tagging
Robust communication, presentation, project management, and quality assurance skills
Bring analytics leadership, measurement expertise, and client consulting skills to Flywheel’s Commerce Intelligence practice.
