This Senior Project Engineer role supports Binnie’s Ports & Industrial Division across British Columbia and Alberta offices. You will lead teams delivering integrated engineering, project management, and construction support services. The position combines technical oversight with scope, schedule, budget, risk, resource planning, proposals, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
Develop practical solutions for technical and constructability challenges
Support planning, resource management, scheduling, and fee proposals
Mentor engineers and technical staff toward technical excellence




Build relationships with clients, contractors, agencies, and stakeholders
Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of progressive project delivery experience
Experience as Engineer of Record, Design Lead, or Project Manager
Knowledge of industrial facilities, terminals, and bulk material handling
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, risk, and stakeholder coordination
Solid leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Use project leadership, client service, and technical judgment to advance complex industrial infrastructure delivery with Binnie.
