Lead site reliability engineering for TD’s Toronto technology platforms, combining cloud modernization, automation, and hands-on technical leadership.
As an experienced Site Reliability Engineer Lead, you will support Quantitative Risk Management platforms within TD Technology’s Treasury Analytics Group. You will guide cloud, database, analytics, and infrastructure capabilities supporting Treasury and Balance Sheet Management. The role combines people leadership, architecture governance, program management, operational ownership, stakeholder management, and technical engineering.
Key Responsibilities: Own roadmaps for cloud, database, analytics, and infrastructure platforms
Drive modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and technical debt reduction
Establish monitoring, performance management, resiliency controls, and support processes
Define platform standards, governance processes,



controls, and engineering patterns
Lead, mentor, hire, onboard, and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams
Requirements: Experience leading site reliability engineering and platform delivery
Technical depth across cloud, databases, analytics, and infrastructure
Ability to lead cloud, database, DevOps, and infrastructure specialists
Strength in architecture governance, operational ownership, and stakeholder management
Hands-on leadership with disciplined execution and organizational leadership
Bring technical depth, reliability engineering, automation, and people leadership to TD’s critical Quantitative Risk Management platforms.
