Lead MEC’s Québec retail business through P&L; ownership, operational excellence, and bilingual leadership across stores and channels.
As Senior Director, Retail – Québec, you will own regional performance and shape multi-year growth plans. You will lead the annual operating plan, store network strategy, omnichannel execution, and leadership development. The role partners with the Senior Vice President, Retail Operations and enterprise teams.
Key Responsibilities: Own regional revenue, margin, cost, and productivity performance
Lead Québec operating plans and multi-year growth strategy
Shape store network, portfolio, and omnichannel performance
Drive operational standards, turnarounds, and performance improvement




Develop leadership teams and strengthen succession pipelines
Requirements: Significant multi-site retail operational leadership experience
Experience leading large geographically dispersed retail teams
Expertise in P&L;, forecasting, inventory, and store productivity
Significant Québec operating experience and regulatory understanding
Fluency in French and English is mandatory
Bring strategic retail leadership, financial accountability, and Québec market expertise to MEC’s regional business.
