Lead financial planning and analysis for Waters’ Advanced Diagnostics business in Canada, using forecasting and financial reporting expertise. The role is based in Mississauga.
As Finance Business Manager, you will provide strategic finance partnership and decision support for Advanced Diagnostics. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, income statement analysis, and performance reporting. The position also requires financial modeling, business case analysis, accounting knowledge, and collaboration with functional and finance leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Lead annual budgets, strategic plans, and quarterly forecasts
Analyze monthly income statements and explain performance variances
Monitor weekly sales results, risks, and opportunities




Prepare financial results for regional and global leadership
Develop models supporting investments and strategic initiatives
Requirements: Five-plus years of progressive finance experience
Two-plus years supervising, coaching, and developing teams
University degree in finance, business, commerce, or related field
CPA designation and revenue recognition knowledge
Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP experience, preferably SAP, JDE, or BPC
Apply financial leadership, FP&A; expertise, and analytical judgment to support Advanced Diagnostics decision-making at Waters.
