Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks an equipment operator to maintain contracted roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, and tunnels. The work includes snow removal, surface repairs, traffic control, and transportation support. Candidates must communicate safety instructions, follow procedures, and recognize hazards during routine and non-routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Remove snow and ice using snow removal or sanding equipment
Maintain highway surfaces, signs, guardrails, fences, and lighting
Repair potholes, striping, reflectors, litter,



and debris conditions
Set up and remove traffic control devices
Transport crews and equipment to assigned work sites
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
One or more years of related work experience
Valid Ontario Class DZ driver’s license
Acceptable driving record; AZ license is an asset
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Apply heavy equipment, road maintenance, and safety skills while supporting Webber’s seasonal infrastructure services.
