The Senior Product Owner supports Business Systems Technology by owning assigned Salesforce capabilities. This position requires product ownership or program management experience, strong Salesforce knowledge, and business and technical judgment. You will shape roadmaps, guide execution, and align customer and user experiences with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Own capabilities delivered through the Salesforce platform
Develop and report KPIs measuring capability effectiveness
Create roadmaps reflecting priorities, value, and vision
Prioritize backlogs and define acceptance criteria
Communicate requirements to development and technology teams
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus six to ten years’ related experience
Five or more years as Product Owner or Program Manager
Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Certinia
Strong Salesforce platform understanding and analytical skills
Solid communication, presentation, and requirements documentation abilities
