This Manager, Performance Improvement role serves corporate clients and private equity portfolio companies. You will contribute to strategic design and hands-on implementation across complex engagements. The work spans operational restructuring, process improvement, organizational optimization, and cost reduction, supported by digital and artificial intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities: Translate complex data into actionable performance improvement insights
Quantify cost transformation initiatives across structures and processes
Develop recommendations, roadmaps, operating models, and business cases
Lead client implementation programs and manage individual workstreams
Guide delivery teams and contribute to proposals and pitches
Requirements: At least nine years in industry or consulting
Experience with cost optimization or operational improvement
Deep expertise in at least one functional area
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; MBA preferred
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with 50% travel flexibility
