As a Guest Attendant, you will support residents with personal care, daily routines, laundry, housekeeping, and meal service. You will administer medications, follow individual care plans, and respond to resident and family concerns. Transparent communication and empathy are central to this work.
Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with dressing, meals, mobility, and personal care
Provide laundry, light housekeeping, and meal service support
Administer medications according to individual care plans
Maintain clean, safe resident areas and follow safety protocols




Report concerns to the Health and Wellness Manager
Requirements: Experience in personal care, food service, laundry, or support services
Secondary school education; care training preferred
Ability to read, follow, and communicate instructions effectively
Empathy, patience, and understanding of seniors' needs
Flexible hours, physical ability, and emergency preparedness required
