As Senior Credit Manager, you will support FCC’s Project Finance and Strategic Finance teams. You will analyze and adjudicate complex loan proposals, apply credit risk policy, and collaborate with Operations, senior leadership, and legal services. The work supports FCC’s mandate and grows project finance capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Adjudicate, authorize, or recommend loans across capital solutions
Review source documents and proposals for authorization
Apply corporate and credit risk policy consistently
Analyze amendments, security changes, and policy exceptions




Coach lending staff on FCC’s credit culture
Requirements: Degree in business, economics, or agricultural economics
At least ten years’ commercial or corporate lending experience
At least five years’ project finance experience
Advanced credit analysis and financial modelling expertise
Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software
Bring project finance, credit risk, and relationship-building expertise to complex Canadian agri-food transactions at FCC.
